We are excited to announce that we - Tim Cousin, Eytan Levi and Olivier Faber - have just started Roofscapes: a research-based company that transforms untapped rooftops into green and accessible surfaces. We pledge to develop through this venture local solutions that enhance the resilience of urban centers against climate change. Ever since we started architecture school, we’ve been interested in tactical urbanism as a strategy to work within the existing fabric of cities. We believe that architects and designers should be in charge of creating bottom-up frameworks to include everyone’s contribution to the built environment.
